THE JOINT VENTURE
A joint venture, not a subcontract chain.
ICES-AP JV is a joint venture between Intelligence Consulting Enterprise Solutions, Inc. (ICES) and Savant Financial Technologies, Inc. d/b/a Ariel Partners. Ariel Partners is the managing member. Work is scoped, staffed, and delivered by one team under one contract, not coordinated across separate prime and subcontractor agreements.

HOW WE’RE STRUCTURED
One management structure, one point of accountability.
Every task order runs under a single program management structure spanning both firms. There is one program manager, one schedule, and one contract vehicle regardless of which firm is doing the work in a given sprint. When a requirement crosses from architecture into delivery, it moves inside the team, not across a contract boundary.
